How to Set Up your LHN contact Manager System

A. First, you need to change your LHN website name to something permanent, because all of the different capture page systems will synchronize with your main Corporate website and have the same "name".

So, if you leave your website name as your LHN ID number - which is the default option - then your Power Of One Capture Page System(s) will have a number also. This is OK if you want, but it is easier to change the number to something that you like and is easy to remember.

For instance - one LHN Partner changed their website name to " Johnsbiz". Simple, easy and memorable for anyone.

The website originally looked like this:

http://www.lhninternational.com/1234567

Now it will look like this:

http://www.lhninternational.com/johnsbiz

Much easier for someone to remember.

All of the "Power Of One" Concept web addresses would then look like:

http://www.timetoearnwhatyourworth.com/johnsbiz

http://www.oxygen-miracles.org/johnsbiz

http://www.wewteam.org/johnsbiz

http://www.superimmune.org/johnsbiz

This new system will automatically follow-up with all your contacts and enable us to add new Capture Pages to the Contact Manager that are created in the future.

B. Log into your LHN back-office and click on the link on the left that says " Personal Website". Enter whatever "name" you would like in the box. Click the "submit" button and your website name is changed to your new one. Easy!

C. Ok, here is the procedure to follow to set up your LHN Contact Manager for the FIRST TIME.

1) You have changed your LHN website name.

2) Now LOG OUT of your LHN website by clicking the "Logout" link in the left-hand menu at the bottom.

3) Now Log into your LHN Contact Manager at:

http://www.lhninternational.com/contactmanager

(Don't forget to save this in your favorites for future use - you will be visiting often!)

4) Use your LHN Web Site Name and leave the password BLANK ( this first time only ).

It would look like this :

http://lhninternational.com/ YOUR WEBSITE NAME HERE

5) You will be prompted to set a "new" password and to verify your e-mail address that you have on file with LHN.

6) After creating a new password, go check your e-mail and look for an e-mail with the subject line of :

"Website Activation Code"

7) Click on the link in the e-mail to verify your account in the Contact Manager.

If you did not receive an activation e-mail from the system -
you can resend one upon logging in.

Clicking the Activation Link in the e-mail will "log you out" of your Contact Manager.

8) Now Log back into the Contact Manager at: http://www.lhninternational.com/contactmanager with your LHN website name and the "new password" you just made in step 5.

9) Go to the "My Account" and ACTIVATE each of the Lead Capture websites that you want to use by clicking on the link. You can see which ones are or are not yet activated.

That's IT!
